We will meet thirty minutes before the show in the front lobby. If you want to sit with the group, then please be there early and say hi to us. Food prices are reasonable if you want a casual dinner. The Nachos are enough for 4 and under ten dollars.

Once again after ten days, six calls, and resubmitting the same post numerous (at least five or six times)times, it has finally been approved! Praise someone. We just wish we knew who and what reasoning was behind the change. As usual, no notice from the site as to why it was finally allowed (was the criteria changed? are they just being nice to me? are meet and greets still not allowed?) but then again maybe they just gave up. I know that I was close to throwing in the towel too. Really I was not that close to submitting. Unlike Fedor, I have the time and tenacity to hang in there and work to make this site better, or at least sort of like it once was in relation to what it presently is.

Becca and I are going out this Friday (the eleventh) to bowl in Orange Park. They have unlimited bowling for under eight bucks a person. We talked about this yesterday and decided that since posting was such an issue (takes an act of god, well at least takes longer than he took to created the earth) that we would not to bother to post. We talked about posting a network bulletin but noticed that only three of the almost three hundred people on our friends list (one of them being a club, so less than one percent) use the network bulletin system, that we would just not bother with asking people to join us. Since we have seen a glimmer of hope in that the post was actually made we decided to put it in this approved topic to see if anyone is actually still reading the posts. We will be there around eight, if anyone wants to join us.

Let us, or better yet, AdultFriendFinder and us, know if you are as frustrated with this site as we are. They seem to be going out of their way to discourage paying members, or is that just the way I am seeing things? I still have an open line with their management and would appreciate your thoughts on this matter. Although the down turn in the economy is partially to blame for the lack of participation on this site, I am of the opinion that they also have a large share of the guilt. I mean what genius thinks that charging real single women for basic services of sending unsolicited letters to couples and men will increase revenue? I mean it seems that they actually thought that sending out mass letters from phantom accounts would keep people on the site and paying. Another great idea they had was to increase their revenue by to charging their loyal customers (the few who actually do pay and who have and do not allow their profiles to lapse) at triple the rate of those that let their accounts lapse for a few days. They also want to discourage people from actually meeting (they told me groups are only for forum discussions and not meant to actually meet), even though a stated goal (guarantee of the company) is to guarantee that members get laid within three months (which to my thinking requires people to actually get together in person at least one every three months). Am I the only person who is astounded by the actions of AdultFriendFinder that seem detrimental to what should be their own company goals?

Sorry for the rant, but you can no doubt tell that I am frustrated by the canned responses and lack of customer service that I get from a company that I (for some unknown reason) continue pay to try and communicate with people(that for the most part I already know). I just want to know if anyone is listening? Has everyone left the site, or are the inmates finally in charge of and running the asylum.

 We have not paid for services from this site in years, and will not do so. We are able to keep in touch with the Friends we have made over the years, and get to meet new Friends every once in a while.

We are lifetime members of two other sites...one that we paid for...

A shame that this site can not extend that kind of offer..

There are profiles we would like to send mail too......alas, not going to happen.

What gets me, those that have paid, send winks, flirts etc to standard members, knowing that there will not be response...except another wink, wave, etc.

My little rant.....

BTW, I saw the invite for Friday night bowling, Saturday morning. Just as well, I am so sore from the work I did yesterday....
